Social Housing

Our experience of housing, our range of skills, our flexibility and cost effectiveness equip PCPT to provide the highest possible standard of social housing within the current framework of value for money criteria.

Over the last 50 years our experience has covered most aspects of the residential sector from individual houses to housing for housing associations, local authorities and private developers.  We have completed more than 3,000 dwellings in over 100 schemes for some 20 Housing Associations/Registered Social Landlords (RSLs) as well as substantial development for major residential developers.

We retain close links with RSLs direct or through contractor led initiatives and since 1990, over 600 dwellings have been completed in the West Midlands and the north-east.

Projects ranging from 4 bed housing to flats, maisonettes, bungalows for disabled to warden schemes and special hostels.  Special hostels includes “Homes for Homeless” either as ‘long stay’ or overnight accommodation, in projects carried out for church clients or charity bodies.  These special needs can be allied to our skills in connection with completed projects for visually, physically, and mentally handicapped training and residential projects and in nursing homes, retirement and doctors surgeries (8 completed), medical centres and work for NHS organisations.

We believe that every scheme is unique and deserves a singular solution with the full design team working in collaboration rather than in competition to achieve maximum quality and value.
