DDA compliance work for Existing Trust Buildings, 25 different sites within the Birmingham Area

The brief was to assess each of the nominated Trust properties in turn and report any issues regarding non-compliance with DDA regulations.  A set of drawings and a specification for each property was then formulated based on the Trust’s standard details and the individual needs and issues relevant.  The total project was divided into six sub-projects.  A set of tender prices was then obtained from a series of suitable contractors for each sub-project. Confirmation and approval to continue to construction on site is awaited from the Trust.
