Restoration and refurbishment of existing grade 2 listed 19th Century town houses at 32 -36 Albion Street. The buildings with additional rear extension have been used for small scale manufacturing for the last 100 years and in more recent times just as office use.

To obtain Planning Approval and Listed Building consent. Also the addition of a new build office to the rear. After approvals client sold part of the site but retained 35-36 Albion Street refer to project no. 3 below.

Planning Approval and Listed Building consent obtained as part of above. The buildings, formally two semi-detached houses dating from1840 (grade 2) to be converted to office accommodation and live work residential. The project included new build extension containing staircase and entrance lobby.

Project split into shell works and fit out. Shell works, run under a JCT traditional contract with quantities. Works included: Rebuilding rear walls, underpinning in basement, new floors timbers, treatment for dry rot and wet rot, roof works, new and refurbishment of sash windows (new match existing exactly).
